EMAIL NOTIFICATIONS We use Google Groups to publish our weekly email notifications, and in recent weeks, it has been extremely slow to accept new messages and send them out. We're not sure why this is happening, but we do know it means that you will not get the email in as timely a fashion as we'd like. We're investigating.
